Sloan Mason has reduced its premium for underground utility contractors, including sewer and water main construction companies.
Minimum premiums have been reduced to $25,000 for workers’ compensation/general liability/auto combined. Umbrella limits up to $10 million are available.
Coverage is provided by an “A+” XV carrier in California, Nevada, Arizona, Washington, Oregon and Colorado. The utility contractors can perform work in new residential tract developments, as well as usual public areas. No hook-ups to residential properties.
The following details are required for full underwriting review and best quote: five year payroll history, five year currently valued carrier issued loss runs (valuation date within 120 days of requested eff. date), Acord WC/GL/Auto/UMB applications, copy of current NCCI experience rating worksheet, and contractors supplemental – generic supplementals accepted.
