American E&S Appoints Insurance Broker in Fresno

American E&S Insurance Brokers has appointed Frank Cardoso senior vice president and broker in its Fresno, Calif., branch. Most recently serving as president of Network E&S Insurance Brokers, Cardoso has nearly 20 years experience in the insurance industry. He specializes in casualty, property and professional liability wholesale lines.

American E&S purchased the brokerage business of Network E&S in February 2008. Cardoso has 15 years of underwriting experience, and has spent the past five years in the wholesale market. His assistant, Martine Taylor, is also joining him at American E&S.
