The Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of Oregon (IIABO) is now accepting nominations for the 2010 Accredited Customer Service Representative of the Year award, which recognizes an employee for his or her contributions and commitment to the industry.
The award acknowledges the crucial value that the customer service representatives bring to the independent agency system and the millions of customers they serve. Providing and delivering superior customer service is one of the most important things that any agency can do to enhance its value to customers, IIABO said.
To nominate an employee for the Oregon 2010 ACSR of the Year competition, complete a nomination form and application available at http://or.iiaa.org/Articles/2010%20ACSR%20of%20the%20Year%20State%20Entry%20Packet%20.pdf. The deadline for the competition is July 1, 2010.
The state winner will be eligible for the national ACSR award competition, held by Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America Inc. (IIABA). The winner of the Oregon competition will also receive a complementary convention registration and two nights lodging for themselves and a guest to the IIABO 82nd Annual Convention in Sunriver August 29-31, 2010.
