The Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of Oregon (IIABO) is now accepting nominations for the 2010 Accredited Customer Service Representative of the Year award, which recognizes an employee for his or her contributions and commitment to the industry.

The award acknowledges the crucial value that the customer service representatives bring to the independent agency system and the millions of customers they serve. Providing and delivering superior customer service is one of the most important things that any agency can do to enhance its value to customers, IIABO said.
