Monarch E&S Insurance Services has hired Debbie Perry as a senior commercial underwriter to work out of its new Arizona office. She will write business in Arizona, Nevada and Hawaii.
Perry started in the insurance industry in 1986, where she wrote personal lines business. In 1994, she moved into the environmental arena to underwrite pollution liability for storage tanks and she later transitioned into underwriting general, excess, pollution and professional liability for environmental contractors and consultants. In 2002, she moved into underwriting property and casualty business where she has remained.
