Jocosa McKinnie of Colorado Casualty Co. of Phoenix has competed in and won the Arizona Confidence While Communicating Speak-Off. Confidence While Communicating (CWC) is a program offered to members of the National Association of Insurance Women (International) to enhance their communication skills.
McKinnie completed the CWC program in 2010. She won the state level competition by presenting a three-minute prepared speech and completing a one-minute impromptu speech. She will represent Arizona in the regional competition with the winners from California, Nevada, Utah and Hawaii.
