San Francisco-based Woodruff-Sawyer & Co., an independent insurance broker, has named John Pierson vice president, account executive, in the company’s Southern California Office. He will focus on client service and specialize in assisting with their risk management needs.
Pierson has more than 30 years of insurance industry experience. Most recently, he was a vice president at a national brokerage firm in Irvine, Calif. He has focused on the retail/hospitality sector, as well as industry segments such as life science, technology and manufacturing. He also has expertise in providing risk and insurance advocacy for the larger, complex clients.
