The Idaho Department of Insurance issued orders revoking the Idaho insurance producer licenses held by Adrian Rand Robison and his son, Adrian Russell Robison.
Rand Robison was the founder and chairman of the board of The Legacy Network, an insurance brokerage agency in Rexburg. Russell Robison was the company’s CEO.
The Robisons pleaded guilty in federal court to federal felonies earlier this year. Adrian Rand Robison pleaded guilty to the crime of mail fraud. Adrian Russell Robison pleaded guilty to the crime of making and
subscribing a false tax return.
Under Idaho insurance law, being convicted of or pleading guilty to any felony is a basis for revocation of an insurance producer license.
