Flood and Peterson in Colorado Taps O’Neill to Head Employee Benefits

Brad O’Neill has been named to lead Colorado-based Flood and Peterson’s employee benefits department.

O’Neill has more than 20 years of experience in the health and welfare industry. Prior to joining Flood and Peterson, O’Neill served as CEO of Golden Bee Advisors, an insurance consulting firm.

O’Neill created the Roaring Fork Valley Community Health Plan, and he assisted with the creation of Colorado’s first Health Insurance Cooperative, the Colorado HealthOp.

Flood and Peterson provides solutions in commercial insurance, employee benefits, retirement planning and surety programs.
