Angela Atchley was named human resources manager after the recent promotion of Teri Wood to senior operations manager.
Atchley is responsible for the human resource relations and compliance throughout the LP Insurance footprint. Atchley, formerly a senior associate at the Human Resource Connection, has more than 20 years of human resource industry experience throughout northern Nevada.
LP Insurance named Christi Johnson a workers’ compensation consultant in the risk management services division. She is responsible for providing claims management, oversight and program implementation for commercial clientele. Johnson, formerly a workers’ compensation consultant with Wells Fargo Insurance Services in Reno, has more than 11 years of industry experience.
Cathy Scheibelhut was made an account manager within the personal insurance division. She is responsible for providing service and support to personal insurance clientele. Scheibelhut, formerly a personal lines account executive with Wells Fargo Insurance Services in Reno, has more than 22 years of industry experience.
LP Insurance specializes in property/casualty, surety, workers’ compensation, employee benefits, medical/professional practice and risk management services. LP Insurance has offices in Reno, Elko and Las Vegas, as well as Gold River/Sacramento and Truckee, Calif.
