Hub International Limited has acquired Colorado Nonprofit Insurance Agency.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
CNIA is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Colorado Nonprofit Association that offers property/casualty and employee benefits solutions. It will become part of the Hub Colorado operations. Denver-based CNIA will relocate to Hub Colorado’s existing Denver office.
Hub will retain the endorsement of the association as its insurance broker of choice. Additionally, CNIA maintains an exclusive relationship with its lead carrier, Alliance of Nonprofits for Insurance, Risk Retention Group, a nonprofit organization of The Nonprofit Insurance Alliance Group. Hub will maintain this established, exclusive relationship with ANI in Colorado.
Robin Medina, CNIA’s CEO, will join Hub Colorado as the nonprofit practice leader. She will report to Jeff Van Gulick, senior vice president and commercial lines practice leader of Hub Colorado.
Chicago, Ill.-based Hub is an insurance brokerage that provides property/casualty, life and health, employee benefits, investment and risk management products and services.
