Alera Group has acquired Benefit Commerce Group in Scottsdale, Ariz.
All Benefit Commerce Group employees will continue operating out of the firm’s existing locations under the name Benefit Commerce Group, an Alera Group Company, LLC. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
