AmWINS Group Inc. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Stealth Partner Group.
The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2019, pending regulatory approval and customary closing conditions. Terms were not disclosed.
In early 2020, Stealth will combine with Stop Loss Insurance Services, an AmWINS Group company. The combined firm will be part of AmWINS’ Group Benefits division.
Stealth Partner Group is an independent full-service general agent (GA) specializing in medical stop-loss insurance. The firm has seven regional sales offices throughout the country.
AmWINS Group is an independent wholesale distributor of specialty insurance products.
