AssuredPartners Inc. has acquired Surety Solutions Insurance Services Inc. of Rancho Cordova, Calif.
The team of 15 will remain under the leadership of John Page and Ryan Tash.
Surety Solutions is licensed in all 50 states. The agency currently reports $3.3 million in annualized revenues.
Lake Mary, Fla.-based AssuredPartners acquires and invests in insurance brokerage businesses across the U.S. and in London.
