Hub International Ltd. has acquired the assets of Novato, Calif.-based Blair Jarcik Insurance Agency Inc.
Blair Jarcik, president of Blair Jarcik Insurance Agency, will join Hub California and report to Bryan Costello, San Francisco bay area regional leader. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Blair Jarcik Insurance Agency is a commercial and personal insurance agency.
Chicago, Ill.-based Hub is a global insurance broker providing property/casualty, life and health, employee benefits, investment and risk management products and services.
