The proposal raises medical costs to mostly fund trial lawyers. Attorneys collect 33% to 40% of the claims.

This a move that is only supported by the trial lawyers to make even more money than they already do. It does not help the consumers of healthcare in any way. It will only make the cost of seeing a doctor or going to a hospital higher.

I am a retired level one trauma nurse that assisted in bringing what is now a national product liability suit. We would like medical malpractice suits and negligence suits now. This is a global human rights issue and given the mental distress around Covid many are at risk for being offered this. Please have the conversations and find a way to bring these suits. Attorneys and law students I believe a way can be found. Standard met around procedure, but not informed consent. I have an attorney on survey of hundreds who consented to this and now cannot recognize the faces of his own clients. Please see ectjustice.com, endofshock.com,ect.org. articles on Mad in America as it pertains, and blogs on the DK law group site around current national product liability suit. I have other videos on you tube around this practice if you require further information There is also the book by Linda Andre called Doctors of Deception. This is taking place at leading facilities. I hope you will write of these issues so others are not harmed. Class actions are taking place in both the US and England around this issue. I have many to refer you to speak with for consideration if you are interested. I understand you may not open the link attached, so I have you tube videos out there you can search for if interested as it relates to this. The below link addresses the possibility of medical malpractice. Dr. Bennet Omalu famous for findings of CTE in the NFL is now on record stating the same is anticipated in this population given repeated brain injuries from an electrical mechanism of trauma. Electrical trauma can evolve over time to include ALS as well. Material risk of brain injuries remain missing from consent despite rulings of the CA courts stating brain injury outcomes around devices.
