We don’t call them the Left Coast for nothing. Feel sorry for the good citizens in both Seattle and Portland.

    Love the biased “journalism”.

    ” . . . until tensions boiled over with law enforcement . . .”
Right. The black-clad, mask-wearing crowd was intent on a peaceful protest until, you know, police arrived and only THEN did they decide to turn violent.

I guess we are to the point where the people writing the news have to be informed on the actual news:

59 cops were injured in Seattle. 59. The city council took away their crowd control tools of tear gas and flash bang tools. That means the cops have to sit and be assaulted with no alternative but to use their batons. Or worse.

The cops are not the problem. Nice attempt at protecting the Democrats from their own policies.

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.” Where does it say you have this right 24/7? Perhaps hours need to be set, after that the streets are cleared and anyone out damaging property will be handled accordingly! Not sure the word ‘filibuster’ is in there anywhere, put time limits on their peaceful protests.
