IMA Financial Group has acquired HofgardBenefits, a Louisville, Colo.-based employee benefits agency.
The acquisition augments IMA’s employee benefits business segment that’s focused on companies with less than 100 employees, and adds two team members to the employee benefits team: Preston Hardy and Sammie Haas. Hardy is an account executive and Haas is an account coordinator.
HofgardBenefits is now known as IMA|Hofgard, and will remain in its current Louisville location.
IMA Financial Group is an independent, employee-owned insurance broker specializing in property/casualty insurance, employee benefits and surety bonds.
