Alera Group has acquired Behling Insurance Agency Inc. in Utah.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Behling provides personal and commercial property/casualty insurance solutions across three locations in Utah and Montana. Behling also specializes in creating insurance solutions for the local farming and agricultural industry.
Deerfield, Ill.-based Alera Group is an independent, national insurance and financial services firm.
