Alera Group acquired Blue Communications in Hollywood, Calif.
Blue Communications is a human resources consulting and communications agency specializing in internal communications, well-being program development, diversity, inclusion and belonging strategy, management of development and implementation, as well as organizational change.
The agency has eight locations across the country.
Alera Group also acquired Bagwell & Bagwell Insurance, a property/casualty agency providing risk management and personal and commercial insurance in North Carolina.
The Bagwell & Bagwell Insurance and Blue Communications teams will continue serving clients in their existing roles in addition to working collaboratively across Alera Group’s 120 locations. Terms of the transactions were not announced.
Alera Group is an independent, national insurance and wealth management firm with more than 3,000 employees in more than 120 offices.
