AgentSync has acquired Finvera, a cloud identity passport for licensed brokers in San Francisco, Calif.
Cameron Nordholm, founder of Finvera, joins the AgentSync team as head of product.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Finvera’s technology complements AgentSync’s licensing compliance tool, according to an announcement by the firms.
Finvera is touted as a safe and quick way to verify identity and licensing and for agents to securely share their licensing and identity information with supported agencies and carriers.
Denver, Colo.-based AgentSync services carriers, agencies, and managing general agencies by offering tools for producer management.
