Commissioner Lara Makes Appointments to CAARP Advisory Committee, COIN Advisory Board, CEA Advisory Panel and Curriculum Board

California Insurance Commissioner Ricardo Lara made several appointments to California Department of Insurance committees and panels.
Appointments include new appointment Claudia Perez and reappointed members Bernardo de la Torre, Cynthia Strathmann and Doug Heller to the California Automobile Assigned Risk Plan (CAARP) Advisory Committee; naming Deborah La Franchi as the newest member of the California Organized Investment Network (COIN) Advisory Board; reappointing members Todd Anglin and Mark Simmonds to the California Earthquake Authority (CEA) Advisory Panel; and reappointing members Anne Lintz and Peter Schifrin to the Curriculum Board.
Braud Joins Aspire as VP of Casualty Claims
Jeremy Braud joined Aspire General Insurance as vice president of casualty claims.

Braud has more than 20 years of industry experience, most recently as regional claims manager at National General. Previous roles include unit manager at AIG Personal Lines Claims and senior manager, casualty claims at Esurance.
Aspire is headquartered in Rancho Cucamonga, California.
