Marsh McLennan Agency has acquired Seitz Insurance Agency in Montana.
All employees, including David Seitz and Camila Skinner, the agency principals and co-owners, will join MMA and continue to operate out of their existing office locations.
Seitz is a Sidney, Montana-based independent agency founded in 1961. It primarily provides commercial and personal lines of insurance services to businesses and families in the region, with a specialization in agriculture, crop and energy industries. It acquired Polson, Montana-based Bishop Insurance Services in 2023, adding to its personal and business insurance offerings in the Flathead and Mission Valley area.
MMA is a business of Marsh, an international provider of risk, reinsurance and capital, people and investments, and management consulting services.
