Additional Information:

Depending upon the size of the entity and complexity of the operations, some professional lines coverage may be offered on a non-admitted basis, while the package products will be written on admitted paper. Currently the agency has resident and non-resident licenses approved in six states with the remaining states in process of approval with the various state insurance departments. Joe Cantu, Chief Operating Officer states “Our background and expertise in the select class of public entities and the independent agents that serve them, allows us to have a major voice in coverage design, pricing approach and distribution strategy”. They note that leveraging this knowledge gives them distinct opportunities for other specialty products by matching this same agency base and their respective needs to markets that may have distribution challenges.
