Fire officials are investigating a blaze that caused $800,000 in damage to a house in Greenville Manor, Delaware that was undergoing renovations.
The fire broke out about 8 p.m. Tuesday in the 38000 block of Ardleigh Drive.
About 70 firefighters Talleyville, Cranston Heights, Elsmere and Five Points fire companies battled the blaze for about an hour. Wind, cold and snow flurries hampered their efforts.
Deputy State Fire Marshal Alan Brown says the cause of the fire has not been determined.
