MJ Insurance has added Andrew Howard in its Indianapolis headquarters to serve as IT engineer and IT Department manager for MJ’s Indianapolis and Phoenix locations.
Howard brings more than 15 years of information technology and project management experience to MJ Insurance. His specialties range from change management and strategic planning to software development and technology leadership. Most recently, he served as owner and IT Director of Kittif LLC, a professional services company focusing on IT audits, architecture cost analysis, eMarketing and custom software solutions.
Howard is involved in several professional organizations including Christian Business Faculty Association, US IT Directors Forum and Indiana IT Professionals as well as nonprofits such as Shepherd Community Center and Lamplighters. He also serves as a part-time adjunct professor at Ivy Tech Community College.
MJ Insurance, with offices in Indiana and Arizona, is a property/casualty and employee benefits agency that, since 1964, has grown from a two-person start-up to an agency with more than 125 employees.
