
Alliant Insurance Services, headquartered in Irvine, California, named senior vice presidents Bryan Salek and Angela Kirby to lead its new government contractors-focused segment within Alliant Specialty.
Salek has over 25 years of experience in risk management and insurance programs for companies selling services or products to the U.S. federal government. He most recently served as Marsh’s managing director and government contracting practice leader. Previous roles include executive vice president of the government contracting practice, Willis Towers Watson and vice president of risk management at Xe, LLC.

Kirby has over a decade of experience designing insurance solutions and risk management programs for government contractors and marine clients, using claims, medical evacuation consultation, safety and loss analytics to broker Defense Base Act, United States Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act (USL&H) and casualty solutions for clients. She most recently served as a senior account executive at Marsh. Previous roles include vice president, DBA claims at Willis Towers Watson and federal claims manager at Zurich North America.
