New directors are James Carper and John Chesebrough of Chesebrough Associates, Eunice Downing-Jackson of Great American Insurance Company, Sharon Heard of Farmers Insurance Group, Harry Kim of Farmers Insurance Group, Tracy Leventhal of GeneralCologne Re, Karen Oxman of Gelfand, Newman and Wasserman, Patricia Rosandich of The Hartford and George Wallace of Wallace, Grantham and Schwartz.”
