10 Things to Know About High Value Homeowners

  1. It is estimated that 40 percent of high-value homes are underinsured. Often, homeowners will only hold enough insurance to cover their mortgage or the sale price of the home, and not enough to rebuild in the event of a total loss. The mortgage or sale price of the home does not include custom work or specialty construction.
