Nuts & Bolts: Superior Access Insurance Services Inc. has a new, non-underwritten homeowners program now available in California, which is virtually non-underwritten. Designed for homeowners in hard to qualify areas such as, risks located in or near brush areas. Up to five claims for any cause will be considered for coverage. Protection Class 1-10 is eligible, all counties, all cities, all zip codes, all mountain and all coastal areas. Primary, secondary and seasonal homes are also eligible in this program.
Dollars: Coverage “A” limits are from $30,000 – $500,000 for homes built as early as 1900.
Carrier: Rated “A” and admitted HO3.
States Available: California.
