On March 12, the Independent Insurance Agents of Texas launched its newest and most ambitious website feature, InfoCentral. This new feature merges of all of IIAT’s technical resources—coverage guides, newsletters and fax-on-demand reports. InfoCentral was created as an agent tool for answering coverage questions. “This unique program offers to all of our members’ employees with Internet access a quick and easy means of tapping into 200 years’ experience on our staff. There are few, if any, policy coverage questions our staff has been asked that aren’t answered in InfoCentral,” said IIAT President Don Medlin. Available to both members and nonmembers, InfoCentral will be open for free test-drives until April 20. After April 20, it will be open only to paid subscribers.
