The Independent Insurance Agents of Texas (IIAT) awarded the Gilmore Insurance Agency Inc. of Lubbock, Texas, with the “Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) Honor Roll Agency” distinction. IIAT recognizes independent insurance agencies statewide for supporting the professional development of their service staff by participating in IIAT’s ACSR program. The selection of honor roll agencies is based on: the percentage of ACSRs in the agency; the commitment to cross-training as evidenced by the number of dual ACSR designees (personal and commercial lines); and the use of the ACSR designation as part of the CSR’s career path. Gilmore Insurance Agency is a member of the Combined Agents of America, LLC (CAA), a closed managing general based in Austin, Texas, with 27 independent insurance agency members located throughout the state. It is the 11th CAA member agency to receive the ACSR distinction.
