A half-day workshop, examining “2001 Commercial General Liability – Important Changes and Tips, Tricks, & Traps” is to be presented by the CPCU Society, co-sponsored by the Massachusetts Chapter, on April 24.
The workshop will take place at the Holiday Inn 500 Lincoln Street in Worcester, Mass. from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. The program will be headed by Donald S. Malecki, CPCU, chairman and CEO of Donald S. Malecki & Associates, Inc., who will concentrate on the following areas:
— Identify and explain important changes to the CGL.
— Discuss how current provisions have evolved from 1941 through to present.
— Explain the most important changes that have led to the current form.
