At its August 26 annual meeting the Professional Insurance Agents of New Hampshire Inc. announced that it has elected the following persons as its officers for 2003-2004:
— Jeffrey Foy of East Kingston will serve as president. He is COO of Foy Insurance Group in Exeter. Active in the association, Foy is chairperson of PIANH’s Government Affairs Committee. He also serves as a member of the Nominations and Executive/Budget & Finance Committees. In his community, Foy volunteers his time as a coach with the East Kingston Youth Soccer league. He is also involved in the fundraising and construction of the East Kingston Playground.
— Scott Brown, CIC, of Pittsfield will serve as president-elect. Brown is owner of the Paige Insurance Agency in Pittsfield. Brown is a member of PIANH’s Executive/Budget & Finance and Government Affairs Committees. As an active member of his community, Brown has been a member of the Pittsfield School Board since 1997. He also volunteered as vice president of the Pittsfield Center Development Corp. and as president of the Pittsfield Dollars for Scholars. Brown was also a member of the Pittsfield Rotary Club.
— Thomas O’Dowd, CIC, of Wolfeboro will serve as vice president. O’Dowd is president of the J. Clifton Avery Agency in Wolfeboro. An active member of PIANH, O’Dowd is a member of the Government Affairs Committee. In his community, O’Dowd is a member of the Chamber of Commerce.
— Linda Rice, CIC, CPIW, AAI, AIS, of Sunapee will serve as secretary/treasurer. Rice is vice president of McCrillis & Eldredge Insurance Inc. in New London. Active in the association, Rice serves as a member of the Education/Conference and Executive/Budget & Finance Committees. In her community, Rice serves as assistant treasurer of the South Congregational Church.
— Robert Wieczorek, CIC, of Manchester will serve as immediate past president. He is president of Wieczorek Insurance Inc. in Manchester.
