Community Banks Completes Acquisition of Your Insurance Partner

Community Banks, Inc., based in Harrisburg Pa., has completed its acquisition of Your Insurance Partner, an insurance agency with offices in Mechanicsburg and Dillsburg, Pa.

WFG Capital Advisors, a leading investment banking and corporate financial advisory firm for the insurance and financial services industries also based in Harrisburg, handled the transaction and made the announcement.

The bulletin noted that the agency would “continue to operate as a division of Community Banks Insurance Services, LLC (“CBIS”), through the current locations of its member partners, the Hutter Agency and The Dillsburg Agency.”
