Mt. Washington Assurance Corporation announced the availability of its new Identity Fraud Expense Coverage for its New Hampshire policyholders.
Offered as an inexpensive addition to existing homeowners policies, the program enables Mt. Washington customers to protect themselves from the increasingly common and expensive threat of fraud committed by identity thieves. The program provides up to $15,000 in compensation for expenses incurred as the result of identity fraud.
Mt. Washington also announced the elimination of additional homeowners policy fees associated with coverage on older properties. Homes built more than 30 years ago will now be fully covered without the assessment of additional surcharges. Both this and the Identity Fraud Expense Coverage are currently available via Mt. Washington’s network of independent agents throughout New Hampshire.
Headquartered in Concord, Mt. Washington Assurance Corp. is a member of The Plymouth Rock Group of Companies. Mt. Washington writes automobile and homeowners insurance exclusively.
