The Hanover Insurance Group, Inc. has selected Ron Zaiger as chairperson for the company’s National Agents Advisory Council.
Zaiger will chair NAAC meetings throughout the year. The independent agents who serve on the NAAC provide The Hanover’s leadership team with feedback on the company’s products, service and technology, along with insight on market and insurance industry trends.
Ron Zaiger serves as president of Hilb, Rogal & Hobbs of Massachusetts, headquartered in Lowell, one of several branches of the national insurance brokerage. Hilb, Rogal and Hobbs, also known as HRH, has been appointed with The Hanover for 30 years.
The Hanover Insurance Group, Inc., based in Worcester, Mass., is the holding company for a group of insurers that includes The Hanover Insurance Company, also based in Worcester, Citizens Insurance Company of America, headquartered in Howell, Michigan, and their affiliates.
