Montvale, New Jersey-based Managing General Agency Jimcor Agencies has acquired wholesale brokerage Zaloom Associates Inc.
Zaloom Associates will be a division of Jimcor Agencies and will be located in the Montvale office, the companies said.
Jimcor CEO James Mastowski said the merger will provide clients with access to the markets they need and further develops Jimcor’s brokerage and binding authority capabilities.
Jimcor also has offices in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts and the ability to service other states around the country.
