Arthur D. Perschetz has joined Baker & Daniels as counsel in the law firm’s insurance and financial services group.
He will also serve as a senior adviser with B&D Consulting, an advisory and advocacy division of Baker & Daniels. Perschetz has extensive experience in the captive insurance industry in the District of Columbia, where he has practiced law for 10 years. He was previously the senior legal officer for the U.S. operations of two major insurance companies and was actively involved in drafting the captive insurance laws of Washington, D.C.. He specializes on the formation of captive insurers and risk retention groups.
