In a merger of two Brooklyn agencies, Apex Brokerage Inc. has acquired Brighton Brokers Corp.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Apex was founded in 1992 and is headed by Anthony Calafiore, a former president of the Council of Insurance Brokers of Greater New York.
