Recruiting firm Korn/Ferry International has named Tom Rowe senior client partner and head of its North American insurance practice.
Rowe, who will be based in New York, joins from Heidrick & Struggles, where he specialized in the insurance industry, with a particular focus on the property and casualty industry.
Previously, Rowe has held positions with Highland Partners, New York Life, Aetna Life & Casualty and Home Life Insurance Co.
