Massachusetts-based XS Brokers Insurance Agency Inc., has promoted Tony Constanzo to executive vice president.
Constanzo has been with XS Brokers for over eight years, and is a 20-year industry veteran. Prior to joining XS, he worked at Quaker Special Risk and S.H. Smith & Co.
