Heffernan Insurance Brokers, an independent insurance brokerage headquartered in Walnut Creek, Calif., hired Victor Fonseca to join its New York office as vice president of construction practice.
Fonseca brings over 17 years of insurance experience to Heffernan and has specialized in the contractor insurance and surety industry for over a dozen of those years. He began his career working for several insurance carriers before transitioning to the brokerage community. Fonseca’s expertise is in relationship building, training and service.
Heffernan Insurance Brokers, formed in 1988, offers property, liability, group medical insurance, personal insurance and financial services. Headquartered in Walnut Creek, Calif., Heffernan has 420 employees and maintains offices in San Francisco, Petaluma, Palo Alto, Los Angeles and Orange, Calif.; Portland, Ore.; St. Louis and New York.
