Digital Insurance, an employee benefits agency in Atlanta, acquired Strategic Employee Benefits Services (SEBS) of Virginia.
SEBS, which has offices in Richmond, Charlottesville and Roanoke, will now operate under the banner of Digital Benefit Advisors (DBA), a division of Digital Insurance.
SEBS President Nancy Grasso and her staff joined the new organization and will continue to provide service to clients.
Founded in 2000, Digital Insurance is an employee benefits agency specializing in insurance for small businesses and mid-sized companies.
In 2011, the company organized into three divisions: Digital Benefit Advisors; Digital Enterprise, which serves small- and mid-sized businesses throughout the U.S.; and Small Business Express which efficiently manages thousands of micro-groups. Digital Benefit Advisors developed through a series of acquisitions, involving a network of agencies from across the country.
