Ross Insurance Agency, a third-generation independent agency based in Holyoke, Mass., recently purchased another third-generation Holyoke agency, the Nathan N. Feldman Insurance Agency Inc.
Founded in 1925, Ross Insurance Agency specializes in providing auto, home, business, group and life insurance to residents across the state, in addition to various specialty insurance services.
Maureen Ross O’Connell, president of Ross Insurance Agency, said this acquisition was a strategic move in the growth of the agency. Ross Insurance Agency said all clients of the former Nathan N. Feldman Insurance Agency have been notified of the switch, adding that it is also encouraging clients to contact the agency to set up a time to meet with their new account manager for a complimentary evaluation of their current coverage.
