Auto insurer GEICO said it will host two job fairs for auto damage adjusters in Pennsylvania on July 16 and 18.
On Tuesday, July 16, the first job fair will be held at Double Tree Hotel in Green Tree, located at 500 Mansfield Ave. in Pittsburgh, between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.
The second job fair will be held on Thursday, July 18, at Embassy Suites — Philadelphia Airport, located at 9000 Bartram Ave. in Philadelphia, between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.
GEICO said it is looking for entry-level auto damage trainees as well as experienced adjusters who have excellent customer service and time management skills, as well as a mechanical aptitude to help customers after an accident. The insurer said on-site interviews may be conducted in Pennsylvania; qualified candidates are encouraged to apply prior to attending the job fair.
GEICO said recent graduates are also invited to apply for insurance adjuster jobs through GEICO’s Supervisor Leadership Program, a management training program that develops future business and team leaders. Candidates for this program are required to have a bachelor’s degree in business, or significant business coursework, leadership skills, as well as an overall GPA of 3.2 or higher.
