John Buttine Appoints VP of Association and Event Sales in New York

New York-based brokerage John Buttine Inc. announced Paulette Norman has joined the firm in the newly created position of vice president of association and event sales.

In her new role, Norman will provide leadership in multiple insurance programs including: event cancellation, directors and officers liability, employment practices liability, fiduciary liability and professional liability. She will also provide expertise in insurance coverage for meeting planners, digital publishers and event producers, both domestic and off-shore.

Prior to joining John Buttine, Norman led the event cancellation insurance program at Marsh Affinity Group for 11 years and subsequently three years in a similar capacity at Hays Affinity Group.

In business since 1946, John Buttine Inc. is an independent brokerage firm specializing in insurance programs for associations and their members, independent meeting and event producers and the creative services industry.
