Virginia State Police report more than 300 wrecks across the state due to roads slickened by a winter storm.
State police spokeswoman Corinne Geller says no injuries were reported in a majority of the wrecks.
Geller says troopers responded to 344 wrecks statewide as of 11:30 a.m. Wednesday. Nearly half of the accidents, 166, occurred in the state police’s Richmond Division, which covers the Richmond metro areas.
