
Narragansett Bay Insurance Company (NBIC) in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, hired Todd Fought as assistant vice president – New Jersey territory manager.
In this position, Fought’s responsibilities will include developing and maintaining partnerships with NBIC’s agents and industry associations, and helping to drive profitable growth.
NBIC said New Jersey remains a strategically important state for the company. Having written homeowners insurance business in New Jersey since 2009, NBIC has grown to insure over 47,000 homes predominantly located along the state’s coastline.
Fought has 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. He most recently served as senior marketing representative of southern New Jersey at Norfolk & Dedham Insurance Company, where he was responsible for growing the territory and adding new agency partners. He also previously worked as territorial manager for ACE Private Risk Services and as territorial manager and corporate business development manager at Atlantic Mutual Insurance Company.
Narragansett Bay Insurance Company offers specialty insurance services and products to homeowners through a network of independent agents along the Eastern Seaboard, and actively seeks to insure coastal homeowners.
