North American Insurance Alliance (NAIA), an agency alliance based in Rangeley, Maine, announced that HBL Group LLC of Barrington, New Hampshire, has joined the alliance as a member agency.
HBL Group is owned by partners Jeremy Lovett, president – Personal and Commercial Lines; Noah Behrend, president – Life, Health and Group Benefits; and Greg Hopkins, president – Financial Services. In addition to the partners, HBL employs nine additional staff members. HBL has a second office in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, in addition its Barrington office.
This latest addition brings total NAIA membership to 40 agencies with 84 locations. In addition to aggregation of agencies’ volumes, NAIA provides full time management of those books of business, perpetuation planning, mergers and acquisitions consulting, agency best practices creation, and other insurance agency-related services for its members, the announcement said.
