USA Risk Group (USARG), a Barre, Vt.-based independent captive management firm, has promoted Cindy Lyford to senior vice president.
Lyford currently serves as office head for the Vermont and Western domiciled captive insurance business. Prior to her promotion, she served in the role of vice president.
She has been involved in the insurance industry for more than 20 years, having joined USA Risk Group in 2000. She is a member of the Vermont Captive Insurance Association Legislative Committee and a past member of the Conference Committee.
USARG provides alternative risk management and offers solutions that aim to enable clients to maintain affordable and flexible insurance coverage, improve cash flow and control expenses. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Spencer Capital Holdings Ltd.
